By creating an account or using MX Fantasy Sports ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
MX Fantasy Sports is a free online fantasy sports platform focused on AMA Pro Motocross 450 class competition. The Service allows users to create private leagues, conduct snake drafts, manage fantasy rosters, and compete with friends over the course of the Pro Motocross season. The Service is provided at no cost. Optional donations are accepted but never required.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use MX Fantasy Sports. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should have parental permission before using the Service. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep that information current. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage in any league.
All fantasy points are calculated automatically from official AMA Pro Motocross results. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that scores will be error-free at all times. Scores may be revised if errors in source data are discovered. League standings, draft results, and roster decisions are final once processed. We are not responsible for any disputes between league members regarding trades, waivers, or other league activities.

All content on MX Fantasy Sports — including but not limited to the platform design, scoring system, code, and branding — is the property of MX Fantasy Sports. AMA Pro Motocross race results used for scoring are sourced from official public results. Rider names and statistics are factual information used for fantasy sports purposes under fair use principles. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to AMA Pro Motocross, MX Sports Pro Racing, or any rider or team.
MX Fantasy Sports is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We are not responsible for any data loss, including but not limited to loss of league data, draft results, or roster information due to technical failures. Race results are sourced from third-party sites and may occasionally contain errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MX Fantasy Sports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Since the Service is provided free of charge, our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed zero dollars.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at mxfantasydrafts@gmail.com. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account at our discretion, particularly for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your league data may be retained for other active league members but your personal account information will be deleted upon request.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from use of the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. By using the Service you waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits related to the Service.
